Frequently asked questions
How many logo concepts will I get?
Three initial concepts, then two rounds of revisions on the chosen direction with the Logo plan. Higher plans include more adjustments.
Will I receive the source files?
Yes. You get the source files and every useful version: colour, black and white, transparent background, web and print formats.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer staged payments, usually a deposit at the start and the balance on delivery. You can pay by Orange Money, Moov Money, bank transfer or cash.
